We hope you love your Kindled Flames candle. Unfortunately we are not able to offer returns for a change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your candle please contact us directly via email at enquiries@kindledflames.com.au
Faults or Defects
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

In the instance that you receive an incorrect product or the item is damaged or faulty, a replacement product will offered or a refund will be issued, at our discretion.
If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged or faulty product, please contact us with photographic proof for review. If approved for return, once the item has been received, please allow up to 2 business days to be processed.
The amount will be refunded via the payment method used for the original order. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reach your account.

refunds need to be applied to the same payment method used for the original purchase of the item(s) being returned;

Gift Cards, eGift Cards, Gift Boxes and Memberships cannot be returned or refunded

We require photographic evidence of any item(s) that arrive in less than perfect condition via email at enquiries@kindledflames.com.au
How to return a product
Please contact us via email and provide the following information:

Full name;

Email Address used for the order;

Photos of the item(s) if they arrived in less than perfect condition;
Customer Service will usually respond within 1 business day and advise next steps.
