Our delivery partner is Australia Post, and we work closely with them to ensure the dates quoted are accurate.

Orders
Once your order has been sent you will receive an email containing your tracking details.
Please ensure that you provide correct information as we cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.
Australia Post is a trusted service and as such Kindled Flames will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered. You have the option to contact Australia Post directly to lodge a claim for a missing parcel.

Standard domestic - $10.90 flat rate. Free for purchases $100+

Express Shipping - Free for purchases $149 and over.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via Australia Post Standard or Express service. Please note during sales periods the dispatch lead time is up to 5 business days.
Returns Policy
Unfortunately we are not able to offer returns for a change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your candle please contact us directly via email at enquiries@kindledflames.com.au

Please inform us within 7 days of receiving your order if your delivery is either not what you ordered, damaged or you believe it to be faulty. You can do this via the 'Contact Us' page on our website or email enquiries@kindledflames.com.au
Please contact us with photographic proof for review. If approved for return, once the item has been received, please allow up to 2 business days to be processed. The amount will be refunded via the payment method used for the original order. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reach your account.
